'Tiretti Bazaar|| Old China Town || Chinese Market || Chinese Street Food So, here is a 360° view of Old China Town AKA Tiretti Bazaar or Tiretta Bazaar. The few stalls out here sell really delicious Chinese food starting with momos, bao, pies, spring rolls, dumpling soup etc. They start their business from 5:30 AM and pack up by 9 AM. It\'s better to visit the place on weekends specially on Sundays. The best way to get to this place is by metro train or a bus... Get to the Central metro station (Gate no 5) and head off towards KIT building.... The alley besides the building is our destination today. This place is home to many Chinese people whose forefathers immigrated to Kolkata nearly 300 years ago. Half of the population has moved to Tangra (also known as New China Town). Shall visit there someday too.
